Meet Suman Baral, one of our two new Technical Delivery Specialists. Suman is a 27-year-old Computer Science and IT graduate from Nepal with four years of experience working in the Banking and Financial department in CAS Total Solutions. During this time, Suman worked closely with fourteen A-grade banks in Nepal, gaining hands-on experience in implementing and integrating Finacle core banking solutions.

In Suman’s personal life, he enjoys exploring nature and challenging himself physically through activities such as hiking and cycling. He finds joy in immersing himself in nature and listening to the sounds of birds in their natural habitat.

As a Technical Delivery Specialist, Suman plays an important role in integrating customer projects into the software system, collaborating with customers to understand their unique requirements, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to the highest quality. He will also provide ongoing support to customers throughout the development process, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Suman was drawn to the company not only because of his eagerness to explore the financial domain and build upon previous experience in the field, but also because he enjoys the challenge of meeting customers’ unique needs.
