Fair debt collection practices

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway requires us, as a debt collection agency, to operate within clear frameworks and guidelines. We are obliged to engage in open dialogue with debtors and actively work to find solutions to the collection case, while maintaining proper follow-up and professionalism. We are not permitted to use collection methods that subject anyone to unreasonable pressure, harm, or inconvenience.
